The Buoy Guy ships merchandise to locations within the Continental United States and also to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. When free or flat rate shipping is in effect, The Buoy Guy reserves the right to select the shipping service. In most cases, we ship orders using US Postal Service Priority Mail.
